Beth and Ricky got married in Orange Beach / Fort Morgan at “The Dunes”… it was just gorgeous. But I will have to admit it was very odd to look out into the water and see all those oil rigs (well at least that is what I call them… don’t actually know if they are getting oil…lol) I am so used to the beaches in Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, Navarre, and Destin that I forgot that is not what everyone along the gulf coast sees…lol

I absolutely LOVE the rings with her bright flowers ;-)

My 3 nightmares ;-) (Beth’s dad and 2 brothers)Yep… you heard me you ring stealers…lol
Before every wedding I collect the rings from their “responsible parties” to take some pictures of them, the “responsible party”
usually makes some type of comment like” ok, now they are in your hands, I am not responsible for them right now” …lol
I never think much of it, and I am never nervous carrying them around … that is until my 3 nightmares showed up…

The rings, the girls, and the brides parents are the only ones staying n Beth’s condo so there is not much going on… pretty laid
back and easy going… so when I was finished with the rings I asked who wanted them and where didi they want them? I did
not get an answer so I set them on the counter near the flowers so no one would forget them …lol but I apparently did forget them…lol
I guess 10 minutes or so passes and I think about the rings, go back to get them to give to the bride and guess what

THEY ARE GONE !!!!!!!  and my 3 nightmares are looking ooh so innocent with their guilty ridden smiles… So after I ask more than
a few times Beth’s mom said, “I was told NOT to look under that cup”…lol  TAADAAA there they are ;-) WHEW !!!!!
The rings are found!!!! YAAAYYY  !!!!!

So of course I rush them to the responsible parties…lol and demand someone put them in their pocket so they will not be forgotten.

Unfortunately I think the rings have already been cursed… more on the rings in a bit, but yeah they were forgotten …lol

Beth’s grandpa recently passed away, but he was front and center for the wedding ;-)

This was one of the most passionate kisses I have ever seen… Ricky you racked up some MAJOR BROWNIE POINTS for that !!!!!

After the wedding Beth and Ricky turned, faced the ocean, and headed off into the sunset… it was gorgeous !!!
It was a refreshing change from the typical walking back down the isle… and the guests loved it too… I heard all kinds of oohhh’s and aaahhhs’s

Then the bridal party and all immediate family followed them down to the water for the pictures.

So THE RINGS…..  yes, they were forgotton… the rings they exchanged were borrowed…lol But what  a great idea, just grab some
more and get the wedding started. But this picture I ADORE… so let’s just pretend that Beth is checking out
Ricky’s real ring ;-)

I love my grooms and I LOVE their RING SPINS… See Ricky’s hands? That is what I call the
Groom Ring Spin… LOVE IT !!! and remember, it is not even his ring… lol
But it really does not matter what ring is there… it is the point that ONE IS THERE :-)

Aren’t they both gorgeous? Beth and her stunning great grandmother… She will be turning 100 this year, and if you
ever met her you would not believe it ! She is on the go non stop !!! I almost got her on the dance floor but she
said she needed a dance partner first…lol

The reception was at The Gulf Shores Wedding Chapel off Hwy 59 in Foley / Orange Beach Alabama. Their facility is absolutely
amazing… and Mrs Elaine is a great wedding coordinator. She coordinated Beth’s beach wedding and then we all
came back to her place for the reception… she sure does have it together, Beth NEVER had to worry about anything !
