Tom and I headed over to the Moonspinner Condominiums in beautiful Panama City Beach a few weekends ago to spend a VERY COLD, and VERY WINDY day with the super fab Kathleen and Derrick. They came down to Florida all the way from Tennessee to get married on the beach . Can you believe this…. it just so happens that their dating anniversary fell on a SATURDAY this year…. so of course that is the day they got married… so cool ! Kathleen is so sweet and her mom, well she reminds me of my mom… SHE ROCKS !!!

This is the famous call made by every bride… “You have the ring right?”

did I forget to mention how GORGEOUS Kathleen is ;-)

Kathleen’s earrings and necklace were her “something old” because she first wore them to her Prom.

These starfish hairpins were absolutely stunning, and so fitting for their beach wedding. They were a gift from Kathleen’s sister , she bought them to start as an heirloom to pass down to the next one that gets married in the family. What a wonderful idea ;-)

Check out Derrick… he is the center Hottie ;-) see it…. the “Ring Spin” … saw him do it a couple more times later in the evening …. I love it when I catch the groom doing this, and yes just about all of them do it… look then spin… so cute !

The girls said the guys would never wear the “accessories” that Kathleen’s totally ROCKIN mom bought for everyone… my answer was “yes they will, I am the boss today ! ” and of course…. they all look like total ROCKSTARS !!!

Kathleen and Derrick’s reception was at the fabulous Treasure Ship in Panama City.
The staff was WONDERFUL, the food was DELICIOUS, everything was PERFECT !!!

The cake was made by Sweet Stuff Bakery | Marianna Florida… It must have been delicious because
I have never and I mean NEVER EVER seen a cake disappear like that ! I normally get
goody bags full of cake when I leave the reception…lol
